I saw a guy at the gym using the TRX strap training system, there are SO MANY exercises that you can do with these straps. Recently I became very interested in body weight exercises such as pull ups and push ups, but I wanted more. I enjoy being outside in the summer and nothing gets a good sweat going like a workout outside.
